Rear hatch floor shelf?

My car did not come with the rear shelf that covers the bottom of the rear hatch floor. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I've looked, but havent been able to find one.

YES! Thank you, however, that price. Yikes! Not sure I need/want it that bad.

I'll sell you mine if I can find it. I had it in my Mini for 3 days and realized I always had the seats down

Well, the way that MINI designed the storage package, it's not just the bottom shelf. There are redesigned seat latches, side panels for the cargo area, a bunch of different hardware, etc.

So yes, you will pay a premium.

Nice!

If Vinnie can't find it, you could make one. Pick up a 2x4 sheet of 5/8 " hardwood plywood, make a cardboard template of your recess, trace into plywood, cut to fit as tight to the car as you can. Cut scrap pieces to support it from below to give it some load bearing capability.

I was going to make myself one, however since I can't draw a straight line with a ruler I figured I'd do without. Hopefully somebody will make one and then post up a template for us wood cutting challenged folks.

Do a forum search. There was someone that did a DIY storage cover. It looked great and was pretty inexpensive to make.

If Vinnie cant find his, I will make one myself. I've made things like this before, so it should be easy. I was just hoping to stick to an OE product if possible.
