I'm curious; what was the reason you stuck with the Cooper S w/JCW kit versus going for a full-on JCW?


I definitely look forward to seeing how that aero kit looks. Please post pictures when you get that installed.

 

Simple answer: I didnt want a JCW. Lower residual + being $6k more MSRP off the bat were two of the driving factors. I am not trying to make my 991 Turbo S jealous. I just want her to know that she cant get too comfortable.

Yeah, I am a recovering mod addict from many different brands, and I came to Mini in large part because they have a lot of great OEM add-ons. Wheels and suspension go on Wednesday and I cannot wait!

Congrats! Looks like you decked it out. I did the same on mine. My new MINI is on the vessel making its way to me. Should arrive at the end of the month, with delivery the beginning of March.

I can't wait to mod it just the way I want. MINI's are perfect for the mod bug.

Volk G25s and JCW Lowering Kit installed today. Thanks to IND for the wheels and Evasive Motorsports for the install of both the wheels and suspension (and alignment).

 

Those wheels look so good. I really like the chrome/silver ring on the outside. Killer.
