Spent my $100 Coupon
Tired of waiting for MINI-branded Weathertech Floor Liners, and with time running out, I used my $100 gift on:
1) all-weather mats for the front
2) stubby antenna
3) MINI stem caps (the incl ones are so cheap!)
4) an extra rear wiper
Grand total: $98 :-)
Anyone else?

- bulldog floormat
- rainboots
- plush bulldog small
yes, seems odd given the choices i had but frankly, i didn't care for any of the items. they didn't seem worth it. we needed a floormat, i needed boots for the upcoming winter season, and we're about to have baby so i figure the plush doll would be a cute gift.

There was an F56 design issue with the entire shifter mechanism: shift vigorously and it would detach at the base of the shifter. It happened to Consumer Reports during their review. MINI sent a $100 gift coupon to all affected owners. MINI applied some "glue" to hold my MINI's shifter in place.
The shift lever comes off in your hand a lo and behold: A $100 BILL SHOOTS OUT OF THE SHIFT LEVER TUBE!

So, I got my stuff.
Quite pleased! I really like the all-weather mats. They fit really well. They may not be quite as protective as WeatherTechs would be, but they really do look good (better than the stock carpeted ones). I also like the short/stubby antenna. It's much shorter than the stock one. Lastly, the tire stem caps look classy. The stock ones were extremely cheap! My fourth item, the rear wiper, I obviously don't need now, but experience with my previous MINI has taught me that the size is hard to come by, and I will, of course, need it one day. $100 free, well-spent.

I wasn't affected by the issue mentioned here, but on my "second date" at the dealer they filled my tank and gave me $100 to spend in the shop. I was really surprised and it took me a while to decide on something, but I settled on mud flaps for $98.
How difficult is it to install the stubby antenna? I'm considering getting one.
Thanks. I assumed that was the case, but the picture of the stubby antenna shows the entire base and antenna, so I wondered if the base had to be replaced too.
.
regrettably,
pissed in east Tennessee
I spent my $100 going the Union Jack route. I got the rear view mirror cover, valve stem caps, and license plate frame. I thought the license plate frame package had 2 frames, but it has just 1 :-( I'll get my 2nd frame for a lot less via Amazon.
Next Union Jack decoration will be the side mirror covers. I'm hoping to get some kid of credit over the mpg flap.
