MINIUSA is late every year posting it online (sometimes over 6 months late). Use the 2014 manual. There is little or no difference for 2015.

The Android app for the USA was finally released on the Google Play store on 8/4 that contains navigation instructions here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...iversguide.usa
I'm sure there's an iOS equivalent out there as well.
