First rattle/vibration!

My first rattle/vibration is coming from the heads-up display plastic surround between 4k and 5k rpm. It also can be heard when driving on harsh roads. Can this be fixed under warranty?

If so, I will take care of the warranty repair in a few weeks after I return from a long road trip.

Im sure that is covered. I would just bring it in and see what they say! No matter how you cut and dice it even new cars will develop a rattle from time to time. Enjoy your long road trip!

That's intended to rattle to keep you from pushing the car during the break-in period.:D

Yeah, your dealer should take care of it for you. Hopefully it is an easy fix.

Speaking of rattles, does anyone hear a rapid vibration from the plastic handle portion of the back interior moonroof sliding-cover as the car goes over bumps? It is not too annoying, as it is not anything in the panels at all. To confirm where it was coming from, I had my wife hold it steady and no rattle anymore. Wondering if there's anything I can do to stop it from vibration like it does sometimes?

I've got the same rattle coming from the back seat area and I believe it to be the moonroof plastic frame above the rear seats; like you state, right where the moonroof sliding cover closes. Pretty annoying over rough seams in the road, especially our wonderful roads in PA. On my list of things to deal with or have the dealer check out when I take it in for the first dealer scheduled service.
