Not that my dealer called me. I called them and found out that the truck had arrived. They need a few hours with it for prep, but I will be down there at 4 for delivery

Same here! I'm looking forward to some pics. I have to live vicariously through these arrival threads until mine comes in.

Planning on doing a video review actually...I have a Pepper White MCS with fully loaded package, cold weather package, leatherette seats, mini your style in off white, 17 inch black cosmos wheels. I will do a through review of all that I can think of but are there any special requests to cover in video... having seen everything youtube has to offer and finding it limited, im guessing there might be a few special requests

yup schomp..there are only 2 dealers in all of CO. The other is in Loveland. They are not the most informed about the new model nor are they great with follow up. But, having said that, if you do your own homework, they are just like every other dealer. Be sure to get the 400 off the first accessories you buy. and if you are eligible, get the 1000 usaa discount. also, although I was preapproved by my credit union, they got me 1.99 through chase for 72 months. my credit union was being stupid about some piece of paperwork the dealership wanted, so I just told them to use chase if they could match the deal.

Thanks, I bought my 2012 from there but my MA from that sale has moved back over to service from sales. Heading back there tomorrow to check out a few features I just didn't notice from the first go-round

Thanks again

You got a $1,000.00 USAA discount? I thought it was $500.

Congratulations, Steve. I saw your video. Such a good looking car. You did well with the colors/options.

I know you didn't get the rear camera. Did you also skip the rear park assist (detectors)? I didn't see it when you were backing up at the dealer. That is a feature I recommend to all, especially if you don't get the rear camera. One good thing about the MINI, though, is that there not any major blind spots. Very easy to see all around you.

yeah, not all the dealers participate in usaa programs either, it's not a requirement. I went through this bull when I was looking at Nissan jukes a few years ago. I ended up saying, well, I will drive two hours to the next Nissan dealer that does participate if you won't honor the usaa discount... They caved, though I ended up deciding against it at the last minute.

The $1,000. USAA discount is ONLY available for Countryman and Paceman purchases.

I also see where leases through MINI Financial Services are eligible for a $500.00 lease credit. I have to talk to my dealer about that.

Go to the USAA website to get the discount and "participating" dealers. Then take that printout to your dealer. My dealer played dumb as well but they didn't want to lose me to the participating dealer.
