update: the bulb harness is melted (and some wire exposed...not sure that is a big deal). Can I just replace the harness?
Hi Everyone! I am new to the forum. I have a 2017 F54 base and a little over a month ago, I got a hi/low beam malfunction error. The left headlight has no problems. The right one is cloudy and seems to have condensation in it. It was randomly working and now nothing. Any ideas on what the issue could be? Do I simply need a new headlight assembly, or is this going to turn into jumping down the rabbit hole of electrical problems? I have already had the right brake light assembly socket melt and it was replaced (under warranty), so I am worried that this car might have electrical issues. Of course, I am now out of warranty with almost 64K miles. I also have heard about issue with the foot well module. Any ideas you all might have would be appreciated. Trying not to spend a fortune right now!!
I get both low and hi beam malfunctions left headlight is crystal clear right headlight is all cloudy (appears to be inside)

Reason: Update
@brownaves Having the same issue with my 2017 Clubman now - My left headlight has the same look as yours, I do see some exposed wiring on the inside of the headlight itself, and I did notice an almost burning smell from it (The headlight error just happened and I checked as soon as I made it home). Did you end up getting this sorted on your own or did the dealership have it replace anything? Curious how to proceed with this myself.
