I am thinking about buying a factory alarm system for my MCS. I believe it is pre-wired for the alarm system, so I plan on installing it myself.

Can anyone recommend a place to buy a factory alarm system for my '04 MCS?

Yes you can Install your self. But then you have to take it to a dealer and have them hook the car up to the chassis computer to activate it.

 

I got mine at Morristown MINI - great price, great service.

 

Classic Mini out of ohio, they have a nam vendor membership and are great to deal with. (ask for the NAM discount they offer)

I have no affiliation except I do by parts from them on a regular basis, and I too live in California (Southern)

I have been talking with Classic Mini but I wanted to make sure they weren't the only game in town.

I want to buy the OEM alarm too, but Classic Mini doesn't ship to Canada, does someone have an idea where I can buy it ?

 

How much are people paying for the OEM alarm?
