Losing Charge - grounding issue or battery?

For the past few days when cold starting my 2006 MCS (30k miles) It barely cranks over as if I had left on a light draining the battery. It has still started - but generally it’s on the second attempt, and the crank has been very anemic. This problem only started after I had a TSW motor mount installed. Beyond the cold start I’ve had no other issues whatsoever. If I hadn’t just had the work done I would have assumed it was just a bad battery. Could this be a grounding issue that is draining the battery while parked? Ideas?
The indicator on the OEM battery reflects a low charge.

Thanks all

Check that the ground wire on the motor mount bracket is clean and tight at both ends. Also drive if you can to a local parts store and ask them to load test the batt. It could be bad.
