but my radio still works with my keys out of the ignition.... is this suppose to be like this?
i can't remember how it was before....
edit...
i guess it is!
Glad that you got everything working! Sorry for the delayed reply. I've been staying off my laptop at night for my wife - so I did not see this thread activity until this morning.
The Basic Circuit goes into programming by holding both window switches down and the Deluxe Circuit goes into programming by holding both switches up. I know there was a technical reason for the difference (that Kevin told me about) but I can't recall the exact reason right at the moment.
Anyway I am extremely happy that you are now up and running.
Thanks-
Randy
I used the auto-up during my drive today and this thing is fantastic!
up before expressway ramps, up before entering 55mph rural hwys,
up before parking in my garage.
So is this needed on any year USDM MINI, or just the newer models? My wife and I both want the auto up really badly (we use the windows every time we're in the car)... I just need to know if I need to get the circuit or not.

Auto-up has never been offered on US MINI's in model years 2002-2006, no official word yet if Auto-up will be on the redesigned 2007 R56. If it is not enabled on the 2007 then we will look to expand our circuit product line to support the 2007 MINI as well.
