Passenger side (side) turn signal not working

Hi all,
Need some help. I went to replace my side markers with LED strobe lights and the passenger one doesn't work. Plugged it into the driver's side and it blinks, so I know it's not the light. Also tried driver's side light on passenger side didn't work. So it seems I'm getting no power to the plug. Any ideas on where to begin to fix this? Researching this it sounds as If there is no fuse, just wired straight from computer to side light? Is that correct? And where is this computer module? Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
