Thanks. Really interested to know what length they are. Can you take/share some photos of the coating... inside/out?

What rpm is your header is supposed to become effective/peak at? Is it a standard Stahl configuration, or is this custom-built to acheive your specific performance goals?

Don has several flavors....

that he sells for Stahl. I think this translates into stage 2 of what he offers. But I was looking for something else than peak power out of the longer primaires. I was looking to shift the RPM where the reversion is worse to a lower RPM where it won't bother me as much..... With the OBX, this is at about 3000 RPM, I'm hoping that the D shaped primaries reduce the magnatude of the effect, and the longer primaries move what left (if anything) to about 2000 RPM.

Hey Doc, is it on the car yet? Any observations you'd care to share thus far?

The only observation I have so far...

is that between prepping for a new baby, and getting time to tinker on the car, the new baby stuff always seems to get priority! So the header is still in the garage, but the guest room has a new coat of paint!

I can empathize with you I'm in the same boat. We're expecting our second little girl in a few weeks, Painting, pulling all the old baby stuff out of storage and building a closet organizer took precedence over a new head and header.... Maybe in a few months...

Got any before and after dyno sheets for that guest room?

That'll teach you not to paint your header while in the guest room...
