I've tried all sorts of ways to contact you over the last month to no avail and all I would like to get is a receipt for my pulley install that you did during your last "Pulley Party" here in the SF Bay Area.

HELLO, ARE YOU OUT THERE?!?!

I would appreciate anything, a PM, a call, a fax, snail mail. Thank you.

I sent WMS an email over two weeks ago and have not had a response. Also, it does not look like they are responding to questions on the WMS forum. IMO something is up because in the past they have responded very quick. I hope everything is OK.

We have been away from the office due to the event in summit point. I went to Houston(will be here till the middle of next week) to visit my family afterwards. Randy worked monday to try and clear a few things up, and is taking a vacation(first one in 5 years) with his family till the 16th. Sorry for the inconvinience.

Anybody Heard From Webb? I Ordered Springs On The 7th Hoping To Have Them By The 14 For A Track Event This Weekend. I Have Called, But The Voicemail Is Full, And I Have Emailed, But Have Gotten No Responses.

I Always Heard Wonderful Things About This Company. Anybody Have Any Ideas?

don't blame you one bit....I used to know Randy quite well and spent a lot of time around him. Great guy, just has a hard time managing all the things going on. Not good business practices I guess. I have no idea what is going on at the shop these days, I used to be there all the time, not far from my house, but have not been there in well over a year.

For his sake, I hope he pulls it together...and can fill orders so they are not lost to other companies.

At least you will have the products you want and for a reasonable price

My girlfriend actually ordered a 15% pulley from Webb for my birthday (6/25). She was told I would have it in three weeks. Something happened to their shipment of pullies from their manufacturer or something to that effect. However, I have emailed once with no response and my girlfriend has emailed 3 times with no response. Just to see what the update on the shipment is.

I like WMS and will probably order from them again but customer service really has to take priority when you run a business such as this.

Anyway, I'm patiently waiting for some pulley love.

From what I have seen to date (on this and other threads), WMS has a real problem with follow-up/through on retail customer sales. With this as a foundation, I doubt if I will do any business direct with WMS. If I get a WMS pulley (or other WMS goodies), I think it is going to be through a dealer - I will let them sort out the issues. I don't mean to bash WMS, but there seems to be a continuing issue with follow-up/through.

As it has been for years...it was that way during the summer of 2004 when I was helping him set up his shop and moving in to his new place. I thought I read somewhere that he had several people working for him now....Bridget and Brian? or something like that. Are they still there? I guess i should pop over there one day next week and find out what the scoop is for real...no speculation, etc.

Sounds like follow-up/through problems are alive and well.

That cell number is no longer good. It just tells you to call the shop number. Which goes to a full mailbox.
I've been trying to get hold of Randy for a couple of months now to try to get WickedGolf her plugs from AMVIV with no luck. Randy, if you read this, CALL ME!!!!

Can't someone from 5280 club go down to the shop and see what's up, and report back here?
I'll be passing through August 10, so I can report then...

cheers,

I just came from there last week. He and Brian are on vacation. Randy alluded to this in a post in a different thread a week ago (on the 5th).

Don't know when he's coming back, but Brian was supposed to be back in town yesterday or today. (I could stay in a hotel *that* long, not to mention that I have to be at work again tomorrow...)

If you need a pulley go direct .They are far from rocket science. His suppliers are Craven Speed and M7 both of which are listed as vendors on this site.
