I had one and noticed no gain over standard in the long run. Engine temps were marginally cooler, but the absolute boost made by the blower was found to be wanting (14psi with a 18% pulley according to the guy I sold it on to). Incidentally, I didn't want to sell it and was persuaded otherwise, but that's another story. Waste of money imo. This is from someone that has spent his own money on this 'snake oil.'

Cheers,

Henry

The Head and cam are great, but I'm in the process of selling the head to make way for a custom one to suit my custom twincharger project. Anyone wanna make me an offer? The head + JCW injectors are going for 450GBP + Postage

I Should be up and running by July. So far, the bottom end is being built using Weiseco pistons, Crower rods, ARP fittings etc. The crank is gonna be pretty trick as well I'll post pictures as and when things happen! Watch this space...incidentally, the guy building it for me is my best mate and worked for the team in South Africa that built the fastest pickup (1/4 mile) in the world in 2002 (Louis Limer).

Cheers,

Henry

Endyn modified supercharger here. The closest objective measurement I have are IAT comparisons logged between some stock 05 models and mine. My IATs averaged about 20F cooler for below 6000 rpm. The measurements were less than an hour apart. I didn't have data logging capabilities before the SC install so objectivity is limited and the comparison across other vehicles is less than ideal. The part that makes this interesting is my Endyn SC has a 19% reduction pulley. The max boost I've seen was 17psi on a dyno; street boost numbers are less.

Wow.....now that is impressive.......what do you think the power gains are whp /torque? I belive the price is $695

Mine included lobe coating and that’s not the price I paid; call Endyn for current pricing. Total increase for all modifications was 60hp and 40ft-lb torque; using inaccurate subtractive math (although just as valid as “bottom-up” feedback) there was an unaccounted for 15hp. I’m not saying the modified supercharger alone was responsible for that increase, only suggesting it played a positive role.

You might want to PM JLM...

He had an Endyn SC, and reported HIGHER IATs, but I don't know if he every chased it down. But really, what you should probably get is cooler IATs, and get less timing retard, even though it may not pump that much more air. The coatings can contribute to less leakage....

FWIW, my M7 (Steigmeier) is still sitting in my garage.....
