we could do a mini MINI shootout in vegas. Their dragstrip is the best in the country.

That would be a great idea if this was a Honda forum. Why test the mini in the element that it was most not designed for? Anybody buying a car with a 0 to 60 time at about 7 seconds and then thinking of making a dragracer out of it has a long row to hoe to say the least. Why not have the test more in keeping with what the vast majority of the buyers purchased the car for in the first place. Time attack at a track or a auto x / solo event would be a much better test of the complete package .

Could a few members also be included?

I think it might be a good idea to have a few independant people enter their cars as well. I'd like to enter my car in this event if it ever happens.

Then if you are going to vegas why dont you orginize that. I agree that would show more and be more fun, however for the drags in vegas no one needs to organize it they go on every weekend.
