we have some video, not only of this but of our street tire SRT-4 eating up a supercharged cobra and spitting it out, to the absolute dismay of the crowd
Fantastic! Slicks or street tires? While the weather is still cool, get back out there soon
this was on DOT's but in all honesty the car will probably run faster on a warm to hot track, the cold weather and so so track prep are killing our short track times... we have NO problem on the big end of the track.
Given your experience with the FWD SRT-4, and what you've come to learn about the MINI, what do you feel is an achieveable goal for us?
well without giving away the bank... we know we can run much much faster than we have simply by making a few "changes" in the system at the track. these changes are track only and do not represent what an end user would do with their own vehicle. 12's are seriously a goal to strive for, this chassis is battling from making this happen, we were so close and I truly belive 1-2 more passes and 12's would have happened tonight the way things were going.

What has your demonstrator vehicle had done to it exactly, without giving away too much obviously...
Is it just running the twincharged setup at circa 250 WBHP or is there alot more to it than that?
I'm sure that you must have a LSD in there somewhere, no?
PM sent...we hope to get to the track again this weekend, just need some heat on the track to help improve the short times. with a mph of 107.6 the car definitely has a 12 in it
the track was very cold with poor prep, once things heat up the 60 fts will improve dramatically
Wow, that does suck. LOL. General rule of thumb, every 10th dropped from your 60ft is good for 2 10th's off your 1/4 mile time. You may have a 12.6-12.7 in that thing if you get it to hook up. Have you looked into stiffening up the rear suspension? The weight transfer is killing your traction. Cold track and no prep doesn't help either.

The car definitely has 12 second potential, from a roll it can hang with 12 second cars and definitely has the MPH to run 12's. It rained today or else we would have been to the track again. Seriously all we need is some good track prep and a hot track and it'll all come together
