With a little heat gun action, it molds up pretty nice...
Though if I did it again.. I'd trim it a bit

That was the first thing I thought of El. I can sort of visualize a boost guage impression on one's forehead
. Maybe Dan checked into this and found-out that it deploys in such a way that it wouldn't be a problem. I certainly hope so...

.I have the "typical" oil pressure & boost (30/30) a la PROMINI on the column. From Summit Racing I got a voltmeter and oil temp gauges (the same Autometer series) and I plan to mount them, along with a Stuart Warner shift light, under the toggles with a home-made plate of some type...

That A-pillar is going to need to get out of the way of that airbag when it deploys.

helix can set you up; the bracket is a simple install and can be made to hold two, three or four gauges for a car with or without nav. the gauges are aoutometer. visibility is not 100%, but is workable.
unfortunately, every one of those shown so far are out of the normal driving view - either too far to the left (a-pillar) or blocked by the beefy steering wheel spokes.... so i did something a little different.....

painted to match the SILVER interior trim....
more available soon!!

Maybe I am just used to cheap domestic parts. I can't see how a piece of aluminum can cost me $164.
