Hello all,
I just did a Pulley install. Does anyone know the correct torque specs for the motor mounts and Idler Pulley Bolts as well?

Thanks,
Carl

the Hydra Mount to Body is 100 nm

the Top Stabilizer Bracket (both ends) is 100 nm

the Engine Bracket to Cylinder Block is 68 nm

the Engine Support Bracket to Mount is 68 nm

... the idler pulley bracket to block has three bolts (6-8 nm each) but
the pulley itself to the bracket, i can't find ...

Good question... I had just torqued mine to "uuggnnhhh", with a second torque check of "aaarrgghhh". Engine hasn't fallen out... yet.

Thanks 8Ball,
I am unsure which ones you are refering to.

For example: Where is the Hydra Mount? I might look at the instructions that Randy wrote up to look up the names.

8 Ball,
Here is it in terms of the names that Randy Webb used in his instructions that I used.

Need Torque specs for:
-Lower Motor Mount- 16mm bolt
-Driver's Side Motor Mount -16mm bolt
-Vibration damper bracket- there are two 16mm bolts. one front and and back.
-Passenger Side Motor Mount -18mm bolt
-Belt Tensioner: There are 4 bolts total.
(2) 10mm bolts
(2) 16mm bolts

Thanks again.
Carl

... the pictures don't seem to appear on the "How-To's" but the Top Stabilizer Bracket is the one on the right (passenger) side that connects to the round spidery mount in the back (that is probably the Vibration damper bracket) and the Hydra Mount is the donut under that - the Passenger Side Motor Mount.

I'll check for pictures to compare over at the Webb site and get back with the rest ...

8Ball,
I used Method 2 from Randy. This is the one that did require to take off the entire front.
