I removed my noise maker a month ago. A few days ago my daughter heard a loud noise and then the car started running like crap / massive loss of power. I have since replaced a few parts and am getting ready to clean the TB when I notice the plug for the noise maker is missing. So I am thinking hmmm...that must have launched like a rocket and that is the noise they heard. Would the car loose a decent amount of boost without? I am getting some MAF and TB errors but wondering if that is what is the major contributor ?
We've seen this happen before with simple plugs. Check out our complete replacement pipe as it will eliminate that plug so you don't have to worry about such a failure. https://www.waymotorworks.com/wmw-no...5-r56-r57.html
when you are only 4 hours away it’s kind of a no brainer. Now if my fuel filter will hurry and get here, guess you guys are closed on the weekends? Placed order Friday and hasn’t shipped yet, said part was in stock.
I think I am going to go with the forge so it will give a little bling and match my forge intake hose. Unfortunately everyone is out of stock for the Red
