Alrightyyyy, My 03' R53 is about to have a nice little fix up!

Going to be replacing this couple things all at the same time since they are pretty much all related to my problems. I would like to know if there is anything else I should go ahead to add to the list before I make all this happen.

Here are the things I have and I am replacing-

PS Pump
PS Pump Fan
Radiator Cooling Fan (low speed is out, thanks why my ps pump keep overheating and dying)
Oil Pan Gasket (also why the ps pump fails, oil sprays all over the ps fan)

Any other add on's I should put in while I'm diving in? I was thinking about an aftermarket baffled oil pan but at the same time I don't wanna waste the money on it if it's really only a small gain. This is my daily driver and I plan to take it to the track once this stuff is fixed. Not planning on tracking it all the time but maybe every now and then. Thanks!

Any by the way, here is a few things I have done-
15% pulley
2% ATI crank
Alta CAI
SuperSprint exhaust
wire and plugs

It seems like you know why the PS pump keeps failing, why don't you just replace the Radiator fan and just clean out the PS pump and replace the hoses? Its probably a lot cheaper!

Last month my PS pump was staying on long after my car was turned off and would drain my battery dry. So I replaced the reservoir, the lines and opened up the pump to clean, and now it works great! Oh yea my PS fan was staying on too!

Baffled oil pan is only a benafit for long, tight turns...to keep the oil pickup covered, to matain pressure....I bet for a daily driver, that will be tracked a time or two, the $$ would best be spent somewhere else....then again, saying you have a baffled pan is cool...I think WMW was modifing the oem, and doing exchanges...
or if handy, it could be diy'd....
But I think the $$ would be better spent on rims/tires....you would need some pretty grippy ones, I think, to really need a baffled pan....

While you are doing all of that, I would replace thermostat and radiator hoses also.
Just an idea.

Well I already bought a used PS pump from a user on here with only 30k on it so I am going to go ahead and replace it. I am pretty sure the fan is shot because when I spin it (even after cleaning it out) it doesn't spin freely, it just spins slowly then stops. It also feels like there is gunk all inside of it. I agree on the oil pan, just going to keep mine.

Thermostat and I was looking into the silicone radiator hoses since they cost the same as an oil pan! Where is the crank sensor gasket at? Thanks for all the helps everyone!

Because of the magnets inside, even a "new" fan will spin smoothly, but with a few tight spots from the magnets and stop...if you feel grinding or grittiness then it is likly the bearings are bad/dirty/worn. You can feel the diff pretty easily, just don't expect the fan to freely spin..
Hoses, new of any type is a great idea (buy quality....I have heard of an issue or two with pinholes on cheap ebay silcone hoses)...new clamps is a good idea too...the factory type is a pain, and sometimes snap/break after a use or two.....

If you are going to have the front end in service mode to change out the radiator fan, you might take the opportunity to check/change the oil in the supercharger...especially at the water pump drive gear end.
