will this set up take to 200 hp to the ground??

I have a 2005 MCS it is stock other then a header and a high flow cat..
i would like to add a cold air intake a 15% pulley and the Snow meth cooling kit..
will this set up take me close or over 200 hp to the ground? If not then what would it take to get over 200 WHP?
thanx in advanced..

Adding the pulley alone with those mods will get you right about 200hp. The Meth injection will def get the temps down to make more power and should get you over the 200hp, but I would personally think about simplier mods to get there, like tuning and cams. That way you don't always have to worry about having meth in the car.

true but the stage one kit from Snow performance is 340 bucks....comes with everything, and i will be using my rear windshield fluid tank to hold the meth...its also a good idea to run some sort of cooling system even with all the mods you can get...i am all about freeing up existing hp...

After the basic mods you list you will REALLY need a custom dyno tune to get the most out of the mods.

You will want to get some bigger injectors to get the most out of the pulley and tune also.

There are a couple of vendors that offer remote tuning if you don't have a shops close by. I believe RMW (revolution mini works) and WMW both offer remote tunes.

Well me being a realist or if you prefer a pessimist, those mods will not get you to 200whp. Now if you go to a forgiving dyno with a operator that wants you to have 200whp, then yes you will have it. But real world......think you will be short.

Mynes or RMW. Look no further!

Of course a 17% or 19% pulley would be a good starting point.

Actually we've tuned several cars with just 15% pulley, intake, header and exhaust and got an average of 197-205 whp, on a dyna pak dyno. And those aren't forgiving dynos. I've had several people on the same dyno get their heart broken cause with a pulley they may have only been in the 155whp range. So it is very possible, just have to have the right combination.

A simple look at the face of the pulley will tell you if its stock or not, none of the aftermarket pulleys look like they belong there. I posted the pulley measurements of the stock pulley on here somewhere. I'll try to find it for you.

Here you may find this post useful in determining what you have pulley wise.

thanx alot thats great info...
so where is the measurement taken from?
is it from the outside edges like the lip that keeps the belt on or is it from the outside diameter of where the belt actually sits ( the groved part)?

thanx

measurement from the grooved surface on both high point I believe but its been a while. as to boost not sure I don't have a boost gauge beyond the meth controller which activates at boost levels.

Dynapack? Dynojet? Mustang Dyno? 12psi at what RPM? If it's at redline then I agree somethings wrong.

Hmmm sounds very odd...we're very close in mods but I doubt very seriously a catback and a cai would net 3more psi and 60 more hp:

On that run:
17% pulley
Header
High flow possibly non-existent cat
Catback
CAI
Stock ignition

Sounds like a slipping/old belt and a possible boost leak.

Do you have the stock ic black connectors? These have been known to develop cracks and loose boost.
