Jan, I have been waiting for this and the VVT tune before tuning mine. Will you have a price for a tune from you at your local dyno including the remote tunning device to take home with me, because I live so far from you. I ask because I have a water/meth system and I am sure I will need your touch to get everything out of it.

as soon as I get the pricing on the tool I will post it
yes with the remote tool
yes it can, but why not go back to the original tuner and have them take the map off if you don't like it?

OK, I've been out of the loop a while here. What exactly is the VVT tune? Are you gonna tune our valve timing and give us V-TECCCC for mad hpz yo?
Also, wouldn't you doing this remotely be "not as good" as doing it with the actual car on the dyno? I know this is for convenience since everyone can't just drive to you. However, if it makes a difference, how many peeps would it take to get you to fly out somewhere? And would it make a big enough difference in your ability to get the most out of the car to be worth the effort?
Thanks for any answers, and, sorry for the hijack.

tunes are always better in person
8 people for a tune party

I think i said that wrong. I have a tune that i want to keep but it would be nice to be able to take it off etc every now and again eg. Warranty, fuel etc so your remote tuner would work great in that respect. But where alot of people in the UK have thier cars tuned already your tune may not be needed, just the device to put it on and off as and when would be. Can you remote tool be used with different software ie. software thats not yours? When are these coming out then, how much will they cost in £ + Postage to UK, as im going to get mine tuned this week, but if yours is goign to be soon i will wait.

Thanks for the response. I know what VVT stands for, but, I was inquiring about how this would play into the engine tuning as a whole. But, then again, I suppose this this thread isn't the place to go into details about the inner workings of an engine.
