Naz.. I called Crower. He referred me to a Calif. Number ( no answer yet!!) where Crower has done a LOT of different grinds. Crower suggested we contact the "referred Place". However Crower will re-grind the cam ( core ) when we send it to them... Just WHAT grind..?? you can find Crower Cams on the Net.. they will also have an email address, SOOOooo... NAZ, email the guys at Crower.. Or I will advise you IF/When I can get some numbers. Cool??

For anyone interested, Lynn, AKA "Nitromini", developer of these cams is still active at "Motoring Underground" and on the new "Mynes" forums

 

At the El Paso Tune, your car's performance (with the Nitro Stick) was in-line with the other two MCS with the Newman Camshaft, no? If only we can get those dyno graphs from Rich

There are certainly more choices out there when it comes to cam shafts: MegaMini, Newman and Nitro Sticks

 

...kinda sounds like something currently happening in this thread...



I like that there are more cam options - but I agree, let's see some numbers!

I am so glad to see someone that has a little common sense. I've talked to Nitro many time's and he could not nor would not ever show a before and after Dyno for anything he claimed.

Based one what JIMINNI??? Seriously man what are you basing this statement on? The guy doesn't even drive his car . For me this has nothing to do with the cam but rather the fact that guys like you and Nazrin just buy into stuff with jack to back it up. You bought the cam based on what? A guys butt Dyno?

I didn't think our stock cams could be ground down for any performance gains. ie lift especially. How much lift are you giving up using a stock re-grind? Do you have to use larger diameter cam follower/rollers or???

Anyways, thanks for sharing and documenting old Nitromini's tinkering Keith!
