Drivetrain Mynes R53 parts testing results (an upgrade "guide" to your MCS?)
I suppose everyone would believe that you work togeather as every RMW parcel is shipped via the business you solely work for.
You can see by that alone why people would put two and two togeather and come up with 5.
Wow if you paid top rates for everything LB that car must owe you a fortune as development cars always owe more than anything else, of course being a manufacter you would understand this and know what you were getting involved with.
And to think all you had to do was add a $500 nitrous kit with a 40 shot in it with an rpm switch from 5-7500
The pain & $$$ to be different

To get this thread back on track, I would like to congratulate Hubie Jay and Mike for selling out of there first batch of headers at Vegas. Even in the gambling city of the USA I wouldn't of put my money on that one happening.
I suppose I'll have to get in line for mine................

No no and no. Again you can manipulate reality any way you want Jason but I'm not a partner with Jan in any way. The only money I've made made in the Mini world is from selling my used parts here on NAM. Hell, I sale my used stuff extremely cheap just so I can help out the next guy. I've only lost money.I wish I was his partner as I would be running one of his fully built 1.8L or 2.0L TQ monsters. I don't even have has his new water/meth system
. I've paid Jan for every part and every tune on my car. Hell, I just bought used H&R street coilovers. Jan sold Cross and now JRZ. If I was a partner why the hell would I be running used H&R coilovers Jason? Because I'm not.I'm just a very happy customer. Because of that I can post in any thread I want.
All I asked was if Paul helped design the Mynes/Megamani/ABF/1320/? header as it is very similar to the Janspeed header which Paul loves. You guys do work together correct? It was just a question. If you don't want to answer it then fine.
If your all about honesty why don't you guys admit that the tunes you used to sell with Fireballed were nothing more then a GP tune with a raised rev limiter
. I feel bad for those customers that drove away thinking they got a custom tune.As for no vendor tag? Wow, how you pulled off paying for a single vendor package for to completely separate companies (Mynes and MegaMini) is beyond me. Hey but more power to ya for pulling a fast one over on NAM.
Longboard
First of all, you did tell me you were partners, more like a silent one. If you want to be in denial, then that's fine with me. Case closed on that one.
I think you are paranoid of the header, Paul has nothing to do with our headers. Case closed on that one.
You brought up the Fireballed stuff in another thread, and again let me explain.... You can only used a GP ROM in 2006 Siemens VDO computer. Cars from 2002 to 2007 (cabrio) has been tuned during the Firballed days, and you can't put a GP ROM into a 2002 thru 2005 or a 2007 cabrio. And if you remember, I told you guys to get a hex editor and compare it the tune file to a stock GP ROM, and you would see changes that we did that your Dimsport doesn't show except for the revlimiter change. Since you guys have hex guy now I am pretty sure he can help you guys out with that. Then add those maps (drivers)
to your list since you would know the address ranges of those changes. Case closed on that one.And for the vendor situation, we are all partners, and not afraid to tell the truth that we are affliated. Case closed on that one.
Ok I am done with this conversation, I got the info I needed and others who were curious about this for all these years. Good luck and I wish you the best with your car, thanks Longboard Mini
Uh-oh...gnatster is here now, the most unbiased of all moderators. Dude, please...give us all a break...we all know how you are.
Yea, I was told by Mark about the links when he was the owner.
Adrian didn't seem to have a problem with them while we were PM'ing back and forth about the Alliance membership.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say, but I definitely applaud your attempt. You're more than welcome to google my screen name, as I'm on plenty of different forums.

Ok everyone, it was fun... But we need to get back on the original topic of this thread. I hope some people would allow this to happen? I hope so.
we will be doing some more testing, and we will be putting 91 octane back in once the E85 has ran out of the tank and do some runs on 91 octane with our header.

I thought it was pretty funny..
Johnny did a great paint job but you just ruined the look of your car going to that scheme Sush. A checkmate motif has no place on your car
....but to each his own
.
As far as the clubby...its ALMOST as low as me...

If someone has a part that needed testing, PM or let me know b/c come April 14, no more testing will be done on the supercharge setup
A couple of folks have indicated their interests in the Jet-Hot high-temp coating and will likely require full payment prior to coating... I will confirm the prices on the coating this week just to make sure my quotes are still valid. Each high-temp coating comes with a 2-year warranty and has a serial number on each unit.
Paul, email me tomorrow and we'll go from there... or i will give u a call in the afternoon. Monday is always a bad day for me b/c there's a lot of catching up to do.
I thought it was "WHITE DEVIL NOISE"...
OK, so I'm gonna comment.
UK, funny picture
to Mynes for blowing off what we've had to shuffle through while you guys were gone. Hopefully it's over. Glad to see you're doing a 91 octane test. Now how about 93 octane
How long is your "special" pricing on the headers going to last?
Another thing, so going through some of Longboard's posts, he had mentioned that more TQ would be gained from the RMW header... (unless I misunderstood the post). That be changed by tuning, right? I know a certain tuner would tune depending on what you wanted...(High HP, all around driving, or low down grunt). Also that car on 91 octane has a 17% pulley vs the 15%, and has a cam installed whereas the other car did not. I'm sure those factors are enough alone to make up for the difference in TQ...

And all the cars we have tuned customers have noticed and seen High HP, all around and smoother driving, low down grunt, and throttle response.
And also we don't have 93 octane here in AZ.
It's going to be a great day when RMW posters (direct & closely affiliated if you wanna play that game) decide to stay outta other vendor's threads. In the meantime, to all you guys at Mynes - freakin' rock-on!
We'll be tearing my engine compartment apart in May-June & going to the extreme on the mods. After that, the car's all yours to tune. Great meeting you guys in LV!
We all new better

You really need to get a clue...how about finding one on some other forum?
