I believe "cargod" was speaking towards the OP, in which case the answer is = ALOT. BUT a turbo conversion can be had for MUCH cheaper then what you see here.

Any idea how much a Rotrex kit costs, even a basic one ? Turbos are good options too

Wow. Old thread but nice power.

I used to have a 98’ mk3 GTI Vr6 with 425whp on high boost and 320whp on low boost.

The supercharged mini is fun and all, but big turbo power feels insane. Sure it can be less usable, but so much fun. With a more properly sized and newer, more advanced turbo, the mini would be plenty drivable.
