Any DIY advice/info for intalling Eibach or any type of lowering springs

I just purchased a new set of Eibach lowering springs for 07 MCS. Just wondering if anybody has any experience placing these. I haven't recieved the box, so don't know if there are any instructions, but heard this can be done relatively easy. Do I need a spring compressor? If anyone knows of any how-to threads or has any good advice please share. Thanks!

I bought the H&R springs and I used the Alta instructions on their homepage. It is an easy install, especially if you have access to a lift.

Good luck.

I took my chances without a spring compressor. I just lined up the spring and everything hit a wall
