Drivetrain Fixing the problems with e-mail (Webb Motorsports)
I have changed as of about a month ago to high speed cable modem internet access. What I found tonight was disturbing to say the least - abou 400 unread e-mails! I have fixed the problem - it was my fault on the computer side of things, and I'm now receiving e-mails (thanks COOPERation for pointing it out).
Obviously, I am a bit backlogged, but will be ansering all of them, as well as the voicemails from my day at the track on Monday, poste haste. I appreciate your patience, and want everyone to know I am still in the midst of incorporating changes to increase customer service levels (shipping/receiving, invoicing, order lines, new website features).

Seriously, I could use help in this area - I'm having a tough time finding someone good that doesn't cost a fortune/ I'm looking for a car nut teenager that is willing to work for a couple hours three or four days a week after school doing packing shipping and invoicing. I'd pay way more than minimum wage, but only at part time (no benefits for now).

Glad you've fixed the prob Randy. Now if you could just make my email one of your priorites so I can plan my week of driving to Colorado and back next week I'd "really" appreciate it.

Well, part of the problem has been taken care of - only it has caused a greater one :evil: :evil: :evil: !
Most of you saw the site went down due to a harddrive crash - well my email was on that harddrive and apparently is gone forever! I had more than 400 unanswered e-mails, and the entire MINI5280 membership roster active and pending, all gone!
If you were in either of these groups - have yet to get a response from me via an e-mail you left, or a MINI5280 member that had not gotten your membership packet, please re-email me.
Sorry about the issue, and MArk and I are working to sperate the e-mails so that doesn't happen again.

I would think that the old back up would have all your old emails. Please get Mark to pull out all the stops to recover those customer contacts. Too much rework there. Bad Bad.
this is a huge problem- old email gets out of date anyway. Maybe 60% were non issues. I will send you a PM about my concerns.
