Drivetrain RMW's "Guess what's in the box?"
it works great with our long tube race header and BVH
now to test it on the BVH and street header
then test it on a stock head
this cam will take some tuning to get the results as the regular cam you can drop it in and get decent results
I have the flash tools for remote tuning now available, should have the final maps next week. I sent them all of the hex addresses so it's not rocket science....lol
Why are you doing this to me Jan
I can't wait for the final product.
Do you think you would ever make a version for the air-air users to that perhaps you might be able to re-use the intake manifold section to keep costs down? I don't want to sell my GRS intercooler already
With the TVS 900 version, would you see it as a straight bolt on to what I already have installed below (excluding the intercooler bit)? Same cam, tune etc?

actually it made nice torque gains over the regular Newman cam at 4600 all the way to the limiter
for the race track................ it's a big advantage
I don't have the last set of runs with the biggest numbers as the tech didn't save them on my flash drive. Hopefully they saved them so everyone can see it.
11whp over the best run ever for Big Howe

Congrats on making 270 Big Howe
Why didn't you put in Danny's car for this weekend
Must be tough to have your beefy LSD not be able to contain your power... even on sticky tires!
I already have dibs on a remote flash tool... Dan's been talking with Jan... I need a retune with my cam+header...I've been waiting sorta kinda almost patiently... but I NEEEEEEEEEEEEED before MOTD and the track days start up...
Darn it Jan, you have re-awakened the engine building monster. I had it boxed in and under control until the current and future RMW mods awakened it! I find I'm looking for a used block and I haven't even finished all of Fizzgig's mods. You are an enabler - in a good way.....
Keep doing the vodoo that you do so well.
Kevin

They said they are 1mo or less to be able to use this tool on the R56

yes the TVS 900 will come with a modified horn to run the air to air in the stock location, or you can upgrade to the w2a
. Thats some great TQ from an M45 car. They actually de-tuned Danny's car to try and get some traction back. You haven't seen Danny drive
. His right foot is like a light switch
.Longboard
Besides the above, we did some major ECU re-mapping and the fuel trims aren't quite perfected yet but I had to get going.
Probably a good thing as we noticed an un-marked car sitting around the corner and with my luck.............
P.S. When are the turbo guys going to post some acceleration data? It seems your high 11 is faster than any turbo car built except for the MINIUSA drag car. If I recall the widow on nitrous ran a high 11 at a claimed 513hp. Seems to me you are doing pretty good, doesn't say much for the turbo kits. Shows what light weight and area under the curve will do for you.
It would be interesting to see how your car would respond. The torque curve is big and flat on the 45. It still had nearly 200lb ft at 7000 which is nearing Danny's best. We also ran it with the new quiet exhaust believe it or not.
The real scary thing is I know both minimarks and Blimey and their past few post come as no surprise to me!!! They are always trying to one up the other..
Now back to what's in the box.. We're patiently waiting for final results and cost estimates.. I'm doubling up on my lottery tickets as we speak..

You know I've been bugging you for a while now for R56 tuning, ever since you first tuned Nick's 2.0L almost a year ago!
I stopped by a local Toyota tuner today to pick up some Rotrex traction fluid,. They make Rotrex kits for FJ's and Tundras. I spent some time talking to the engineer who showed me a couple little secretes to get more TQ. Really outside the box thinking. I'm thinking with a couple of these tricks and a new tune I might see 235 -240 TQ

Well I'm curios for sure. I can't wait for the new tune though. When are you coming down again?

that and the hat will be the 2 hottest spots
that core is 3.5" thick x 4" wide and 12" long........good for 600hp
I don't mind some pressure drop as this blower has plenty to spare
I have methanol sprayers mounted to make sure the engine never gets hot air....EVER
