Jan, Sorry, maybe it's already been asked, but this is a LONG thread to search through.
Will the 1.6L version be a direct bolt in, or will the original stock plastic piece between the SC and TB be replaced? Or the horn coming out of the SC?

It will be a bolt on but it will have an electric water pump and it's own s/c inlet tube
and what are we looking at cost wize on this? and what psi can we expect out of it? ( im sure the temps will be lower too, but how much?)
Eaton has NOT even built the TVS900 so there is no way I can tell you. But these chargers are capable of pushing 28psi if want to build an engine to take it

What is the probability of the TVS900 water to air kit coming together? Should I keep delaying buying a replacement M45 to replace mine that is on the outs?

I'm sure something can be made to work on the kit, we already have the one done for my 1320TVS
It gets pretty hot though in some parts of the country, and it sure would be nice to have those cold IATs all year long that some of us only get a few mornings out of the year. I'm guessing that thing yields less pressure drop and much better cooling over any IC sitting on top of our hot motors. Plus couldn't the front scoop could be repurposed to feed the airbox for more positive pressure and less SC whine?
