You have a regular cooper S with a pulley and a CAI and you dynoe'd 200+whp?? Is that actually possible??? A car rated at 168 at the crank can put out 200+ at the wheels with a smaller pulley and an intake? I'm confused can someone explain how one car can have an extra what 50 or so HP at the wheels than another off the same assembly line....I mean the previous owner must have done something to it that maybe you are unaware of right? Calling it a super freak is hardly an explanation. Since Jan tuned it and saw it maybe you have some more input on this???

every cars are different and the margin of difference can be quite huge.
'factory freak'.. and pulley intake, tune = 200 whp already happened a few times I believe
when I bought the car it had the stock pulley on it. I would find it very hard to believe that someone would do performance mods on it without changing the pulley. So the engine was stock. It dyno'd 204.2 whp without a tune and 190.8lb ft

If I can get a hold of silversmoke we will have a nice vid with sound. I never wanted to go turbo either which is why I liked the idea of building a Rotrex car.
