you can always buy that and then get a better k&n filter to put on it...the filters are about $50, thats still better than paying $200 for piping and everything

That green pipe looks like it's molded plastic, the soft kind that's similar to rubbermaid buckets. And the blue connecting tubes are just plain rubber with no fabric layers, which means it's going to expand and contract easily. I think this is something that goes into a pedal cart MINI.
