I'm getting really psyched for this weekend. Like I've said before, it's gonna be crazy for me, but, whoo hooo! My friends think I've gone totally off the edge. I tell them I'm just sipping the Kool-Aid .

 

I hear ya! I can't wait either.....my friends don't think I'm crazy...they've known it for a long time.

 

Out of curiosity, are those of you bringing cars planning to be around for most of the day, or just your tune time?

 

Speaking for myself, I'll be there from 9am till 4pm.

 

my appointment is at 4:00, but ill be there at noon or so

 

I plan on leaving Minneapolis around 6:00a.m so I'll probably be there around 11:00.

 

I have to get back ASAP, unfortunately--I wish I could hang out all day; should be pretty cool to watch.

 

We still have ONE Tune left on Sat.

 

I think I am going to try to find a hotel the night before. I have an appointment to get my pulley and springs done before my 5:30 tune, so I will be hanging out all day.

How come it was his last tune in Chicago? Is the demand too low (i could see why if that is the case haha)

 

Well, I hope you have a Delorean, 'cause you're going to need to go back to the future on this one--check the date, its come and gone. And it was a blast, and Jan is everything he's cracked up to be (sorry to rub it in). Maybe in there will be another one someday though--down the road, I might be throwing on some RMW goodness once I get some other stuff on my car sorted out and would definitely go with a tune if I made any major changes--well worth it.

 

Once the Remote Tunes are ready we may try and host one back in the area.
