First Wash, Not Rich
First Wash, Not Rich
Ok, new MINI, first wash...not a wealthy guy, so keep that in mind.
Should this suffice for now?

Doing each step in that kit, then later on grab a top coat kit? The above kit shoujl dprovide a pretty sassy looking ride correct? the top coat kit's are to create an even richer/glossy look if I have read things correctly.
Thanks As Always...

The Sonus shampoo is fine. I like it.
The Sonus Clay is good too, but get the Clay Kit. It's the same clay, better deal and comes with lube.
You don't need the Clay lube. It comes in kit above and when that is gone use shampoo. I like that better anyway. And that's cheaper.
Scratch X is "ok" but I much prefer Sonus Restore. More expensive but WAY better. Skip this if you have no scratches to deal with.
Klasse is good stuff. Durable and relatively inexpensive.
Skip the Wunder Applicators. Overpriced. Get pure foam. Even cheaper at AutoZone or WalMart. These are nice ones also. Made by Viking.
Wunder Polishing Towels are nice. I would get them. I like them. Or get these towels. Not quite as high quality or durable but are ok.
I would also get at LEAST one wafflweave drying towel. This is REALLY important to avoid scratching while drying.
And be sure you have a quality mitt. Avoid cheap ones that scratch.
Hope this helps!

Please don't use it!
Read this. Some info on Microfiber
Thanks Again...just ordered everything mentioned above except the sonus restore, waffle towel included. I have been usin gthat chamois on my wife's Honda Element, I don't notice any scratching, but I feel guilty.
$86.41 with shipping included, not bad.

I know its a lot to process at first, but you're going about it the right way E1Designs. I know several owners (including myself to some extent) that suffered through a bit of a learning curve on this stuff.....and the results weren't pretty, if ya know what I'm sayin'!!! Good for you for getting started off on the right foot and using the advise of the experts.

Just dia a wash, clay, wax this past weekend using my newly acquired products. My question is this...as I have begun to research more and more...is Klasse inferior to Zaino? If so is it for durability or shine reasons?
Thanks Again...

Also, Zaino you can layer almost without limit, changing the look as you go. Klasse has such high solvent content that it does not layer well.
Having said all that, Klasse is still an excellent product, it just comes in #2, IMO.
