Removing Factory Wax on Tires

I have a new set of tires that have the predelivery wax or protective coating on them. It has a white/blueish look. I've tried all my usual cleaning products and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Noooooooooo, BW isn't for tires. He wants a tire cleaner. Try Meguiar's Tire Foam.
