I'm trying to remember exactly where the problems were. I have the memory of a 90-year-old woman with Alzheimers. I just remember I was going to have the brakes done by a shop...they ordered stuff for an '06, but not a LATE '06...a bunch of it didn't fit right, and it was going to be several more days to get the right stuff in. So I ended up ordering my OWN stuff online and Drew did them for me and it was no problem.

Ken, did you actually *get* Pocket Monsters?

So I made 4 lego kits with the kids and I haven't started on my technics kit... I think I'm going to Clarity my older kits in the loft.

Wife gave me a synthetic split-end brush for the MINI that has a soap reservoir and on/off switch. She knows I have a lamb's wool mitt and dual wash buckets. Maybe it was the look on my face, but she told me it would be fine if I used it on the wheels.

Merry Christmas, all.

I spent an hour or so building my 4-year-old niece's Barbie Dream Townhouse, complete with working lights and elevator Then she and Drew had a Nerf dart gun battle in the basement I made enchiladas for dinner for everyone; we'll be back tomorrow for everyone to do stockings and for all the kids to open their gifts (the adults don't do gifts in my family).

you got a pro-detailer wife? That's awesome. actually I would use that specifically for wheel cleaning and I thinks it would do great!

Drove the FitS to the stores yesterday and was a fun drive.

checked out the j-bookstore to read some car mags. Was fun. that new toyota little FR coupe looks like a fun toy to get. And the price is right... Like low/mid $20k.

Wow Clara, congrats!

Making our end of year feast right now. Teppan-yaki-kenchan-style (using top grade beef and special original sauce).

Hey, turned my G and Z's tires yesterday. built my lego and was playing piano all day today pretty much.

Realized that my almost new Gatorback belt has stretched to the point that it put pressure on the little safety tab on the tensioner and snapped it off! Rut roh.

I had a new tensioner and a DT tensioner stop that I had bought a while back to replace as PM - so started working on that yesterday. Have about 30 minutes of reassembly this AM to finish it up...

Then have another club member coming over so I can help him change his belt on his recently acquired very nice used MCS.

Happy New Year, peeps.

Damn, my head hurts.

Happy new year!

Woke up to heartburn and been practicing piano all morn. New years is a big deal for j-folks and the in-law's coming over again today (was here last night too) for the brunch feast.

Man I can go without the distractions.
Honestly I just want to play more piano today.
