"Try Me" Microfiber Bundle Sale will end Tues, Oct 16th at 3pm (MST)!

FYI...

I've announced this in the Vendor Announcements forum, but I know how you Detailing 101 folks don't always check that forum, soooo....

Although our main Bulk Microfiber sale will continue for awhile,

our special pricing on our Try Me Microfiber Bundle has now ended.

We hope you've enjoyed the great savings in this special microfiber bundle! Our return customers have earned it and I hope our new customers have fun giving premium microfiber a try.

We will continue to offer this bundle for less than its individual components; however, the discount will not be nearly as deep.
(see my post in the Bulk MF Sale thread to understand why I shouldn't create discounts and sales in such a hurry! )

*sigh*

I'm supposed to be saving money cuz I'm going back to school full-time in February but I couldn't bear the thought of the MINIs not having any new *toys* for awhile so I just placed an order.

If I buy any more my MINI won't fit in the garage with all the towels.

Tell me about it !! I now have 8 Monster Fluffies, 4 DP Waffle Weaves, 4 Griot's Waffle Weaves, 2 of those GIGANTIC MF towels from DP that they no longer carry, something like 30 thin mf utility towels, 3 glass cleaning cloths, and now 2 of those really cool little blue starfish cloths.

Might have to build an addition on to the house for the microfiber towels.

Ken... maybe I should worry about an addition for the other MINI instead of the towels.

Well kept? Puh-leaze..... who would want one of your skanky hobby cars? That thing probably has a zillion sesame seeds everywhere from all the Big Macs you've eaten in it.

(note to anyone who doesn't know kenchan - this is a joke)

I think Ken would sooner have his fingernails pulled out with pliers than to eat in his car. Except his daily commuter that is... he doesn't love it. Doesn't even use Epic on it... just keeps piling on layer after layer after layer of Hydro. :impatient

this is not true. both my commuters have Epic on them since 2 weekends
ago. didn't you read my posts? both civic and legacy are
Epic'ed for the winter. (but yah, doesn't mean i love them regardless).

Ohhhhhhhhhhh, I must have missed that post. Hard to believe since you post so rarely (like ME).

But glad they got some lovin', even if you don't officially love them.

Bet it took a rotary and an old fashioned wool bonnet and rubbing compound to get all that hydro stripped off... or some brake fluid.

yah, actually the civic is a pretty great car for a commuter.
just don't try driving quick in it cause that pos 5AT without the sportshift
will just confuse the living hell out of itself.

the legacywagon is one of my top picks. although i hate subaru as a
company.

How does the transmission confuse itself ? Jumps from third gear to fifth to second to fourth ?

Kidding... I gotchya. You have to take it easy on the accelerator.

As many foreign cars as I've owned (11, IIRC), never bought a Subaru. But I've heard more good things about them than bad. Of course, that's not necessarily saying a lot, is it ?

no, definitely not. but it's good to have a car that you like and
don't 'love' for the commute. this way you're not at a loss if your office
starts testing its sprinklers or mowers blowing grass all over your car.

or better yet, get hit by a truck while parked.
