windshield replacement in the area?

hi everyone,

i need to replace my windshield (quite a large crack starting at the base), can someone recommend a good shop familiar with these cars? It's a 2002 if that makes a difference. i'd prefer a shop close to fairfax but i'm willing to drive out to sterling (i'm assuming there's one out there that handles the MoS cars) for a good shop too.

thanks for any leads, i need to get this done in the next 2-3 weeks!!

and i'd also take recommendations from the richmond owners too!

Try Banner Glass

Banner glass in Glen Burnie did a pretty good job on my 06 MCS. They do all the glass for Tate Mini. Ask for John to do you glass.

My windshield thread from last august.

Basically I ended up paying $300~ to get a new windshield put on in MD.
MD because the price difference (even after calling safelite was > $100+ in VA)

I just payed $190+ at the Safelite near MoS. It's on the street that is the exit before the one for MoS. The qouted price was $200+ but the guy took off some because we where there for so long. This is my 2nd windshield that I had done there. The first one was an excellent job, but the last one wasn't so good so I have to take it back up there to get it done right. I think the guy just did a quick job on it because our appointment was at 10:30 and he didn't get started on it until after 12:00. I would still recommend them off of the first new glass though
