3 PM to 10PM <---Paul is racing the next day, so he has to get his rest!
I will supply the following:

Hamburgers
Hot dogs
Bratwurst or something similar
Buns for the above
Condiments, including cheese
Sodas and water
Paper products and cups

It's gonna be pot luck, like I said, so you all decide what you want to bring. Please post your decision on this thread, so we can avoid duplication.
If you want to bring beer, that's fine but you are responsible for keeping it cold i.e. bring a cooler. However, I do not want folks ro drink and drive, so let's go easy on the alcohol. I have 2 guest rooms for anyone who feel they can't drive.
As I said, Paul has a race the next day for which he has to get up at 5AM. Those who haven't left by 10PM will be politely asked to do so, so Paul can get some sleep.
The reason I'm posting this so early is that I will be gone from Aug.13th to the 27th. I will need an idea of a head count by the 13th, so I can swing into prep mode when I return on the 27th. I won't have a computer during those 2weeks, so I can't check this thread for RSVP's. A bit of a dilemma, so help me out guys!
This is a rain or shine event. If we have a hurricane, then it'll be cancelled.

As for what I'll bring, I don't know... I'm no cook, so just like this Saturday's shin-dig, I'll probably bring something easy to get, like a dessert. I'll play it by ear though, and perhaps later change my item to fulfill an area that's lacking.
