just wondering about something....i signed up/payed for the dcmm membership on march 10, but still havent gotten the "swag/info" package in the mail. how long does it normally take to get them?? jw


just curious, because i wanna start flaunting my dcmm t-shirt everywhere! lol....

i have a feeling that shirt is gonna get worn out very quickly!

 

You will have your packet by the end of the week. The usual procedure for new member/renewal is they are sent out twice per month. They were slightly delayed this time, since I transitioned into the role.

Hello! Its nice to see all of your Mini's on here.

I am a first time Mini owner, on Good Friday to be exact. I bought a 2006
Mini S. It is dark grey/silver with a black top and black stripes on the Bonnett. I love it!

I am not sure of what package/options it has that others do not. Btw if someone could be a peach and let me in on the secret to getting the phone controls working, I would be very appretiative! It seems to have the phone options on the steering wheel, but is missing the center console for the phone dock (if that makes sense). Do all mini's come with the phone controls on the steering wheels? Seems like I am missing half of the puzzle.

I am really looking forward to joining your club. My wife and I are sort of new to the area, my wife grew up here but we just relocated back here from New Mexico. I grew up in Seattle. So we are really looking forward to meeting some new friends. I think this club will be a great idea for that.

We are currently living in Waldorf, but plan to move sometime. I work up in Germantown so it is a bit of a trek up to work.

Anyways, I look forward to meeting you all!

'06 models had the phone button but you need the console kit ($1200 if I remember right)

Would someone be willing to look over the mini with me to see if there are any problems with it? It seems to be fine, but you know how car dealerships can be sometimes. I did get a 100k mile warranty on it though.

YAY, i got my packet in the mail today! within 2 min of getting it, the DCMM sticker was on my car, i was wearing my dcmm shirt and badge.....and.....my boyfriend thinks im NUTS!

 

YAY for me as well. Came home to a VERY nice package in my mail box. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the T-Shirt. I know i'm going to be wearing that out very quick. The sticker i'll probably wait to put on until i get the tint done.

I def. look forward to meeting everybody on the 6th for the drive!!

 

Aw, you Virginians got your packets but being a Marylander (former Virginian), i haven't received mine yet. Bummer.
