Ugh, sucky that you didn't receive your package. Maybe it got lost in the mail or something. Hopefully you have it by now. Since others have started to receive theirs, i'll be on the lookout for mine. =) Cant wait to get my stuff and start tagging other Minis!

 

When I mailed them yesterday, the post office lady actually pulled yours out and put it in a separate bin. She was training someone and said anything going to that town has to go in this bin. If you don't have it by Friday, please let me know.

I have mine on the passenger side in the back window, but I've seen others on the front windshield (DC requires too many stickers for me to put it there!).

 

I'm excited to be meeting fellow Mini owners! Just joined this week, though I've had the Mini since July. Black 2007 Cooper with a white top.

DCMM was representin' at the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC today! ... or at least as long as i could, it was kinda chilly so i had to cover it up w/ a hoodie.

See! That'd be another good way to represent DCMM! Hoodies!

Cherry blossoms are gorgeous! I dunno about FULL bloom but there were a lot of them! Stupid people were picking them! I did take pics but dont have any uploaded yet.

As I mentioned in the music thread, I just ordered my first Mini, a Clubman S. I'm looking forward getting to know everyone. I will join DCMM once somebody adds Clubman to the new member page.

The full details of my Clubman S (automatic) are as follows:

Exterior is Pepper White, Pepper White roof, Black C-Pillars, white turn signals, rear fog lamp, 16" Bridge spoke wheels. I will be adding stripes, but I'm still deciding what kind. Probably black viper stripes.

Interior gets Checkered cloth, Anthracite headliner, chrome, wood trim, wood steering wheel, and splurged for the HiFi audio.

 

Welcome! I will ask our I.T. guru Scavenger to see what he can do about adding Clubman to the list! Of course we will get it on there

I renewed my membership back at the end of '07 and am wondering on when I'll get my new ID card? We spoke at MoS at the beginning of the March meeting. I am getting ready to move to a new townhouse in Manassas and am trying to avoid getting stuff lost in the mail.

Yes, we have parties. In this case - kind of a housewarming party as well as a way to just have a good time. Just because we love Mini's doesn't mean that we do not enjoy other activities. I haven't had a chance to meet many of the other DCMM'ers outside of 2 meetings, so I thought throwing a party would be a good way to do meet people.

I'll post again on a new thread when things are clearer. Hmmn. Maybe I need to do a divination to set the best day.
