Shouldn't this thread be stickied?

Anyhoo, I just wanted to let everyone know (if you didn't already) that Jen has passed the membership duties to me. I've roped Paul into helping out with the computer stuff. I'll do everything else.
Paul set up an email account: dcmm@speakeasy.org
As soon as I get the cards from Byron, I'll be sending out packets for the newbs and cards for the renewers (is that a word?)
Please direct all questions regarding DCMM memberships to that address. Thanks...and welcome to the club.

All e mails to membership@dcmetrominis.org will also go to the right person's attention!

Thank you Katie for taking on this very important duty to the club.

My post office has this neat gadget in the lobby now that you can weight and print postage on things 24 hours per day. So the post office does not need to be open. I go on Sunday's a lot and then the packages are there ready to go out first thing Monday morning!

As a note: DO NOT send any payments via paypal to either of these addresses. These emails are for questions - again DO NOT make payments to this address.

Hey, welcome to the club! yes we do a fair amount of runs. They will start again as the weather improves. Keep looking at the Sticky threads at the top of our forum, they will have the upcoming events, as well, look at the DCMM Calendar (link in my signature) or even on the DCMM homepage at DCmetrominis.org. There are lots in the works for the upcoming year, so hope to see you out motoring with us.

Please note: I will be out of town from 3/13 to 3/22. During this time, no new member packs will be going out.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I have to go help my mom recover from cancer surgery.
I have 2 renewal cards that I will get out either today or tomorrow.

Join us on the 17th for a fun day of running the backroads of Howard and Carroll Counties. I think you'll have a great time !

In the meantime, how about a pic or two of your MCSC ??

someone re-sticky this please. I'm not sure why it was unstickied. Just because it might not be as active as the other stickies, I think it still needs to remain with the others. TIA.

We've been back and forth on this many times before... we all agree that upcoming events need to be stickyed, and as soon as they are finished, unstickeyed... but people still complain that there are "too many stickeys"... so we start to look at non-event things to unsticky, and this thread always becomes a target.

I'm not trying to say that I think it should be one way or another, but if we do decide to sticky this one again and leave it that way, I don't want to hear people complaining again about too many stickeys!

We're a very active club, especially in the warmer months, with lots of events... that means lots of stickeys.
