Was It You?¿?¿?
I'd like more too!!BTW, motored for a couple miles with HAPA this morning, eastbound on 214 towards RFK, and his modded silver MCS. It looks like he's gotten more mods since MOTD06, but I can't be certain. He's not come to a DCMM event since the baby's been born, so I was quite surprised to find him while motoring.
There was a "Wagonbat" swooping around me this morning on the way into work.
Good to see you Will. How's the mom to be?? Feel free to call me if you need any moral support and let Bee know she can call Page anytime.
I been around by the way. I was at the last Breakfast but didn't see any Bats.
I'm hoping to make it to the Sterling Sat. and maybe the Porsche drive Sun.

I saw a IB or HB and W with stripes going southbound on Quaker Lane at 12:40 today. It was one of several minis I saw today in Arlington and Alexandria, but I have to mention it, because I'm sure I recognized the driver. I think he's a salesman at Saturn of Alexandria and I almost bought an Ion Redline from him this summer.
I had an "encounter" this morning.
You - blue MCS with MOS license plate frame and black bonnet stripes.
Me - electric blue MCS with white stripe and NRA Range licence plate frame.
You came the closest to hitting me and causing an accident that I've experienced in about a year when you attempted to merge INTO me as we approached the E Street underpass. Yes, I did skid out of your way (diagonally) towards the wall...and yes, you managed to stop yourself from taking off the front of my car after I honked and THEN you looked.
Hint: next time you take your ramp, understand that the lane to YOUR LEFT merges into your lane...which means that you either allow that person to merge by slowing down, or you move into the lane on your right AFTER looking over your shoulder.

who is glad his car handles well and has great brakes

You were heading NW on Monacacy Blvd in Frederick, MD today around 11:20 am. You have impeccable taste because you were driving a CR MC Cabrio, verrrrry sharp... and clean too!
If the enthusiasm of The Wave is a measure of one's love for these great little cars, then you are truly an enthusiast.
We just need to get you to join the DCMM club (would have tagged you had we both not been motoring).

I totally forgot about this until this morning.
After the MoS breakfast, I followed "GP WORKS" a little ways on 123. I had never seen a GP in person before and I went out of my way to get a closer look. Hope it wasn't too creepy.

Christian MD
There's also Christian MD's. He brought his up from Solomon's to Baltimore for the parade last month. He's got some interesting plans for it..

I don't know who bought the GPs from the other dealers. TATE had 5 available (some dealers had more, some less) and only byuer is a guy from DC (he picked up his in CA).
Christian (I am not sure if he signed up w/ DCMM, yet) also has a GP and he is the only one I met on Route 2 one day ...but I was drivingStreghina - and I never meet up w/ any other GP owners.. It will be cool to do it, at least once.
Christian drives around a lot - last night he rolled his first 10,000 miles on his GP- so chances are you will see his GP more than my GyPsy (40 miles away from her first 2, 000 miles).
When I drive GyPsy, however, most of the times is very fast as I reach the speed limit and above without even realinzing it. Of course, one could drive her to 115 easily. I am not stating that I do ... just saying that one could
quote=Wagnbat;1281589]Funny thing is, Marina bought her GP from out of town, and each dealer got 5? So theres like 16 GP's running around out there, only 1 of which is DCMM, no?
