Happy Birthday Patricia!

I know that you are sailing toward home and may not see this for a few days, but Happy Birthday! All the best for many many more.

We got back home from the QM2 trip late this afternoon. You can be assured that we properly toasted Patricia last nite during our final dinner on board . She had two entrees (Fish & Steak) as well as three deserts, one of which was her special b'day cake.

In fact, we had TWO birthday celebrations onboard -- we surprised Elizabeth earlier in the week.

Don't forget the canape's too! Believe it or not, but that plate we brought to dinner was the second of two (even though I only ordered one!)

Thank you, Everyone.

Yes, my birthday was outstanding. I know it is a tough life to have to be aboard the most beautiful sailing vessel on your birthday. And to have to suffer through great food and wonderful friends -- that's a hardship I'm willing to bear. It was of great comfort that I could share my misery with Elizabeth which only helped us to endure.

In reality, my 31st was probably one of my best birthdays in my life! I can never thank my friends and my family enough for making it special. Big kuddos to Michael/David for his surprising me with the chocolates (twice) and the canapes. Oh, those were yummy.

Thank you all again....

Now, back to reality....I'm not sure how I'm going to handle missing my two (or three desserts) a night, the two starters a meal...URGH. And just how will AOL expect me to be functional without Eggs Benedict in the morning? Do I have to return to my life of cold cereal and "meals in a bag" dinners? I need to go back......I'm taking donations towards my next major trip....

Hugs,
PB

The two DCMM birthdays were well noted aboard the QM2  . Happy birthday again Patricia and Elizabeth .

Just got back from NYC guys - around 11:30pm albeit with some lingering hangover from Thursday night . I managed to make it to the Broadway production of The Lion King last night which was cool  .

Next (and there will be a next time) you will not be allowed to pour your own drinks....you can not be trusted.

Hugs,

You can be in one of those commercials - "My Butler always served my eggs at exactly 9:00 am" "Canapes came promptly at 6:30 pm"
