MINInurse told me that she saw 2 marked cars and one un-marked Civic on the Dragon yesterday.

Internet is not working also.

I was leaving tomorrow a.m., but am leaving in a hour or so instead to try to beat some of the weather. Will try for Roanoke or so tonight, however far I can get till I run into rougher thunderstorms...

What ever happened at the Dragon anyway? I've heard so little news about it...any stories, photos, observations, etc?

What did DCMMers think? How did the dinner go?

 

It went very well, for the most part... and I think most people had a good time.

I had only one concern about it, but it's not one I'll post on NAM.

Kudos to Stacey for all her hard work in planning it all out.

There was a glitch, and Tori and Chad generously stepped in and gave away pounds of free candy. Yes, the dining room got hot...again. Has happened in past dinners as well..they turned on the AC, and it cooled off. Everyone survived.
I thought that for the most part the dinner guests were pretty good about it...stuff happens, and you have to adjust, sometimes. In the end, folks got their dinner, and lessons were learned.

 

Dinner was great - I loved the food -especially the bar-b-cue , great job Stacey and everyone!
