I am contemplating getting the aero kit. Which shop do you guys recommend to paint and install it? How much should I budget for the job?

+1 MINInurse and I are considering doing an aero kit as well. I also want to get the roof painted.

I already ordered my aero front bumper. Just going to have the dealer paint it.

No. Talked to somebody there today and they don't do it at the actual dealer. They use a body shop right down the street. I'll have to call them next week to get a quote, but i'd really like this done ASAP, so i should be able to let you know how much they quote me soon.

 

Getting it painted at Royal Auto Body in Sterling VA. Apparently they do the work for MOS. Price seems VERY high to me, for just an Aero Front Bumper and rear factory Cooper S spoiler. Should be done Monday, so i'll have new pics.

They quoted me $450 or so, without installation. Call me stupid for paying that much, but at this point all i really want is my car to be finished with everything i wanted on it since my purchase in Jan.

 

$450 without installation? Holy schnikies!

 

Anybody know someplace cheaper, that could save a fellow member some money? I'm just worried about matching the stock fender on the front bumper.

NO idea where i saw the post, but i thought somebody had mentioned around $250 for just the front bumper.
