Great job with the video, Ed! You captured the spirit of the run with the bumps/jumps in the road at the start and twisties on Catoctin for the second half.

I found this info on how to post a video but, of course, it wouldn't work for me:

When editing your post click on the button and the tags will be inserted into your post. Between the tags insert the movie code found when viewing the movie on YouTube. For example if the full URL to the video is http://www.youtube.com/v/6iv-ZnfSC5s you would insert 6iv-ZnfSC5s between the tags.

Figured I could be doing something back there besides sweeping up the dust from you guys, and it's the perfect spot to tape the runs. Very glad you enjoyed. I'll try to do a better job next time of getting the start and finish... at least then I have an idea of where to point the car

 

Then you will have to Drift in (go side way) instead of regular Turn in. You will get much better camera angle that way.

 

Thanks for the positive feedback on the run. I have been running those

roads for close to 40 years and they are still fun! I believe that a re-run

could be done in the fall if there is interest.

Nice job, Mr. EZ! I noticed your rig in the rear window, and was hoping you were recording the run, too. Especially enjoyed your 1st music selection

 

It's a piece from the Cirque du Soleil from their "Corteo" show. As you can see the rig on the back is very shaky, so I tried it on the front, which is a lot better. Unfortunately I had no battery left by that time. We shall see on the next run how it works.
