Took Ms. Brahams in for her first tire rotation today at MoT. Originally scheduled on their website for the 24th. Not 10 minutes later, Rose from MoT called letting me know that I can have a rotation done at any time ... just come on in. I know that Rose reads the NAM forums so I wanted to give a shout out and say.....

Rose, as an SA you were a BLAST to deal with and I look forward to dealing with you again at MoT Service and I hope that you enjoy www.mini37.com !

Yeah, I've only dealt with Rose so far and had a great experience.

BTW, how much does MoT charge for rotations?

 

I thought MINI recommended NOT rotating tires?

Its really nice to see a thread praising the efforts of these people !

 

According to Rose , for Ms. Brahms (a 2007 MCS), Mini recommends every 5,000 miles.... at least to keep the "tires for life" contract in force.

MoT charged app. $70 for rim inspection, weight replacement, road force testing, balancing, rotation... at least thats what I remember.

Oh yeah, they gave Ms. Brahms a quick wash as well once all was said and done. Might want to call Rose and she will explain what all is involved and the cost.

Bev and I concur. On our one trip to MoT for repairs we dealt with both Dwaynn & Rose and both were very pleasant to work with. Plus they're both great at what they do. Good job, guys! Keep up the good work.

Rose LOVES Cecilia and Soulfire! She treats them sooooo well and Cecilia and Soulfire LOVE Rose!

 

When I took Dr Evil in for his new roof, I actually had a BMW rep tell me it was the "coolest MINI he's ever seen". Then a few minutes later, Rose said one of the service tech's said, "I didn't know the 08 convertibles were out already". (he's a 2005)

I think I was being patronized.

 

I just got off the phone with Rose to schedule getting my MCS in next
Monday to have my last free oil change and brake fluid change. She
could not have been nicer to deal with, #1 in my book.

 

Kinda makes you wish there was something to fix
