The Monte Carlo rack is smaller. It only holds 2 10" tires. They are NLA, tho one may rarely appear on eBay. The other rack is twice the size. I have one on my wagon. I like the look. It will carry light loads, but I think anything over 40# would dent your roof. If you want to carry a heavier load, buy a set of Paddy Hopkirk bars.
