if you want to buy south you can ship (or come and trailer)
Since you'd have shipping issues I'd give you mine for $11,000 ($1000 off asking) if interested PM me
Owned since 2004, 1979 body shell with many retro parts like MK1 front grill, tail lites and boot lid; 1275 A+ block with sport intake manifold and SU-44 1 3/4 inch carb, LCB to Play Mini stainless twin DTM exhaust, debadged and debumpered, front clip is FRG; Cobra Classic seats, Rokee dash, Safety Devices full roll cage; Cooper S 7.5 disks up front, 6x10 GB MiniLite clone wheels (painted black spokes) ... much more
Why would I sell ... hip issues make getting in and out and even many maintenance issues difficult ... picture is from Orlando Fl show this past April .... 2nd place Mini

my brother lives up your way and on his bucket list was owning a Ferrari
he bought one
and after a few months sold it at a huge loss
seems he quickly discovered it was not a practical car up there ....
if buying a Mini for anything more than an occasional driver toy where you live ... I'd suggest you reconsider how to spend your recreational dollar.

Totally understand as I see it all the time with modern MINIs. But with Classic Minis I've been around them all my life so I know about them and yet I still see people buy total piles of crap and think they are getting something great only to dump a fortune in it just to make it what they thought it was when they could have bought a nice car to start with for less.
