Any Classic Mini's for Sale?
Hi We have just started to look for a Classic Mini. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to look. The NAM Marketplace didn't have many classics for sale and we haven't found a lot on the web, so we are looking for suggestions. Looking for a LHD and it doesn't matter where it is located.
Thanks

Or, come to Mini Meet East in Alco TN on 6/29-7/1, you may find your dream Mini for sale there. Plus you get to meet all the weird Mini owners, haha

I drove my convertable through Mc'd's the other night. The guy at the first window just kept looking (like he knew something was wrong but just couldn't put his finger on it.) The guy working the pick-up window knew what it was right away and really got a kick out of it.
The car is so narrow that it really isn't all that hard to go through a drive through although I bet without the top down it may be a bit hard to see as they sit so low.

Driving a RHD Mini is not a big problem at all. My wife complains that I'm riding the center line, but that's her imagination, caused by her being so far from the curb.
I drove mine through toll booths on the drive home with no problems. The car is narrow enough that you can lean over, roll down the window and hand out the ticket and money without even undoing the seatbelt. Always gets lots of attention. The biggest challenge in changing steering sides is learning to change gears with the other hand.
